Yes, all of our employees have specific training in a health discipline or have been trained internally through the MaxCare training program. Our employees are encouraged to continue their education and training throughout their employment with us.
We at MaxCare make sure you receive your care at appropriate time. If your permanent caregiver gets sick you have right to cancel your appointment as well or you can allow us to send a replacement caregiver.
